Attentive staff, spectacular views to the Marina and main mosque, everything is fine. The queen room is modern and neat. They offer a mini-bar, central heating, and an iron. The setting is incredible and beautiful, just next door to good restaurants, the red sea, Israeli mountains and Jordanian mountains, and restaurants/shops/the beach and city center. Besides, you can walk to Tunisian Hammamet Gardens.

The unit we got was a nice size and brand-new with English channels and nice balcony. We loved wake-up service available;)))

The rooftop swimming pool provided a lovely view. The hotel had a good selection of breakfast items, though some dishes could use improvement in terms of quality. My room was spacious and clean, but the bed had springs sticking out was great. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, leading to a tough night's sleep occasionally. Friendly staff helped with recommendations for local dining and attractions. I experienced delays in receiving towels upon check-in. Having the option to store luggage while visiting nearby attractions was a significant plus.

Impeccably clean and nicely designed place with absolutely helpful staff specially the management. Perfect and nice location, minute walk from City Center. Also - really close to a beach area, the town centre and the imposing Petra. Clean pool, parking nearby. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Reasonable price for the service offered. Good location close to the Red Sea, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Staff friendly, room was clean and okay.
The breakfast is really local and limited. Quality of food could be improved.

If you're a foodie, the vicinity is a treasure trove! Hit up Fish Fish for some fresh catch or pop over to Azad Restaurant and Cafe for delicious local dishes. And let me tell you, the breakfast spread might run fashionably late but it's packed with tasty bites, especially the local baguettes that could make a goat weep! Plus, the staff was super responsive when I needed repairs in my room.
Now, let's keep it real-this place is in need of a bit of TLC. The decor feels like it's from a bygone era, and the beds could seriously use an upgrade-let's just say I left with good travel stories, but not great sleep! The outlook is charming, but you might want to avoid one of those cracked balcony views if you're after serenity.

Please see below
Swimming Pool needs to be maintained the water looked dirty the breakfast was poor, orange juice poor quality, hot food had been left out for too long the boiled eggs are kept hot but as a consequence were over cooked. I would suggest a small cooking station similair to other hotels could address this and would suggest some fresh fruit with yogurt could provide some variety for non arab guests. Otherwise the hotel offers good value for money for a night stop when performing other activities during the day such as diving..

Clean pool water, large private balcony, appealing rooftop bar
The room is plagued by multiple defects, including broken locks and a rusted bathtub!!! Clearly, there is a dire need for maintenance throughout the hotel!!!

Clean, bright rooms, good location near restaurants and shops.
Up to the old trick of pushing two single beds together to make a 'king'. Shame as the rooms are really nice and it's not the kind og thing a hotel of this good standard should lowering themselves to. Very difficult to locate on a map or find way to the hotel.
